Empreses Clota
1942 - 1998
Conjunt d'empreses dedicades al negoci immobiliari, propietat de la família Clota. Felicià Clota i Espuña, corredor de finques, fou qui inicià el negoci immobiliari de la família en la dècada de 1940, succeint-lo el seu fill, Joan Clota i Prat, fins que el 1998 es va jubilar. La seu de l'empresa, que adoptà diferents denominacions al llarg temps (Fincas Feliciano, Fincas Clota, Clota API, Ací Clota) va residir, primer, a Olot, i, més tard, a Girona. La família també va desenvolupar altres negocis relacionats amb el món de la restauració i l'oci nocturn de Girona, com La Pizzeria El Capricci i el Pub Nou Novecento.
