Clota companies

1942 - 1998 - 2025

Set of companies dedicated to real estate business, owned by the Clota family. Felicià Clota I Espuña, Finca Corridor, was the one who started the family real estate business in the 1940s, happening his son, Joan Clota I Prat, until in 1998 he retired. The company's headquarters, which adopted different denominations over time (Fincas Feliciano Clota, Fincas Clota, Clota API, Ací Clota) resided, first, in Olot, and, later, in Girona. The family also developed other businesses related to the world of restoration and nightlife of Girona, such as Pizzeria El Capricci and the Nou novecent Pub.
